Over the past 14 years I have been fortunate to help hundreds of clients purchase, sell and finance their homes. I take this role as a trusted advisor seriously and approach each person’s situation with an abundance of preparation, ethics, creativity and passion. The areas of negotiation, evaluation and marketing have been skills that I either studied in school, on my own or had experience with from previous jobs but when I started a Home Renovation company I learned how to renovate on a strict budget! It has helped me advise homeowners to make inexpensive updates to help them sell quickly and maximize their value.

In September 2019, my path in life changed and I decided to join forces with my brother-in-law Rob Paskiewicz to help expand his business, CT Home Pro. By integrating Rob's extensive background in the real estate and mortgage industries with my proficiency in the areas of executive and managerial skills, our common goal is to build a family run business that prides itself on our commitment to providing the highest level of service for every client.

After high school, I started working for an experienced house flipper as a carpenter's helper and learned a lot about real estate investment. He put me in contact with his real estate agent in order to start investing myself. I bought my first condo in 2003 at 21 to remodel and sell for a profit. The Realtor that helped me mentioned that she was planning on starting her own real estate company and told me I should get licensed and come work with her. I got licensed and contacted her a year later and went to work full time as a Realtor for the company she had just started. I was able to learn investment as well residential real estate from some great agents. I went on to invest in multifamily properties and the occasional flip. I tend to look at everyone's purchase as an investment because whether you see it that way or not, it is one of the biggest investments most people ever make. I've helped clients with everything from first time buyer programs, rehab loans, short sales, foreclosures, multifamily investments, commercial real estate, and of course selling their own homes. I'm happy to share everything I've learned along the way with anyone who asks, and would love to help you with your real estate needs.

Kathleen Miller, otherwise known as Katie, has resided in the Hartford County area her whole life giving her an edge of first-hand experience in this location and its surrounding counties. Kathleen is an avid animal lover and mother to a beautiful boy named Theodore. When she's not at the park with her son or walking dogs, she enjoys independent research of marketing, investing, and behavioral biology. She lives by the principle, “If you don't use it, you lose it,” so she's constantly finding new ways to learn and grow. Not only is Kathleen resourceful and reliable, but she is honest and compassionate to all that she meets. When asked why she chose real-estate as her career, she replied, “Since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of making a difference in the world by helping people. For the last 10 years I have worked at Yale University as a Financial Analyst. However, I have always had a passion for the real estate market and investing, working with numbers and trying to structure investments in such a way that differed from the rest. That has led me on this journey of becoming a real estate agent. I constantly read and research ways to invest in property with low or no money down, or find an income producing property or properties that can set someone up for life.
